职责描述： 1.集成化工艺规划： •负责新项目/复杂零件的全流程制造方案制定，主导进行可制造性评审。 •基于产品特征，同步构思和确定最优的夹具方案与CNC加工策略，确保两者完美契合。 •评估并选择最佳的装夹定位基准，该基准同时满足加工精度要求和编程坐标系设定需求。 2.夹具设计与开发： •独立完成专用夹具、工装的设计，包括概念构思、3D建模、2D工程图、BOM制定。 •设计方案充分考虑五轴加工、车铣复合的刀具路径空间需求，有效避免干涉。 •推动模块化、标准化夹具设计，并引入先进技术（如零点定位系统、液压/气动自动化）。 3.CNC数控编程： •使用 UG/NX 或 PowerMill 等高端CAM软件，为三轴、五轴及车铣复合中心编写高效、可靠的数控程序。 •编程时，预先充分考虑夹具的几何形状和位置，进行精确的刀具路径规划和碰撞检查。 •优化加工策略与切削参数，以实现最佳的加工效率、表面质量和刀具寿命。 4.现场调试与持续改进： •主导新夹具和新程序的首次上机调试，指导操作员完成工件装夹与对刀。 •快速解决调试和生产中出现的工艺、夹具或程序问题，分析根本原因并实施永久措施。 •持续优化现有工艺，降低单件成本，缩短制造周期。 •具备实际动手能力，能进行调机和操机；以及工装夹具的组装和调试；

岗位要求： •学历与经验： ￮机械制造、数控技术、模具设计等相关专业，大专及以上学历。 ￮5年及以上相关工作经验，必须同时具备至少3年大型机加企业夹具设计经验和1~2年CNC编程经验。 ￮有复杂零件（如航空航天结构件、医疗器械、汽车模具）的加工经验者优先。 •软件技能： ￮夹具设计： 精通 Siemens NX（首选）或 SolidWorks 等三维设计软件。 ￮CNC编程： 精通 Siemens NX/CAM 或 PowerMill 等主流CAM软件。 ￮仿真验证： 熟悉使用VERICUT或同类软件进行机床仿真。 •专业知识： ￮夹具领域： 精通六点定位原理、GD&T、液压/气动原理，熟悉各种标准件和机床接口。 ￮编程领域： 精通多轴编程策略、高速切削技术、刀具选择和切削参数优化。 ￮工艺领域： 深刻理解材料特性、加工工艺链、测量与质量控制方法。 •核心能力： ￮卓越的分析和解决复杂技术问题的能力。 ￮注重细节，对安全、质量和效率有执着的追求。 ￮优秀的项目管理和跨部门沟通能力。
