1. 目标导向：根据店铺以及产品线年度规划目标，负责平台级大促活动，日常活动和新品首发，制定有效的运营计划和方案，推进月度/季度/年度目标的落地和达成 2. 数据分析能力：善于数据分析，对竞品的动态进行有效的数据追踪，日常关注大盘趋势以及整体排名。对于日常运营数据进行分析及调研，沉淀有效的运营方法和经验 3. 广告投放：具备良好的广告投放能力，精通亚马逊广告体系（SP/SB/SBV/SD）和DSP的广告投放，站内推广工具，能协同制定推广策略，对流量，转化，和销量以及费比等核心数据负责 4. 团队协作：与客服，物流，计划，设计等支撑部门良好协作，熟悉亚马逊平台的备货策略，能有效保障库存周转 5. 站内外流量拓展：配合站外推广团队，协调站内外流量联动（deals/KOL/PR/社媒社群），拓展亚马逊deal频道，prime day/黑五网一大促资源的申报与执行

任职要求： 1.具备三年及以上的欧洲亚马逊运营工作经验优先，熟悉品牌化运营模式&欧洲亚马逊的合规条例 2. 意大利语或者西班牙语专四以上的同学优先，有在欧洲学习或者工作经验更佳 3. 具备出色的运营能力和独立解决问题的能力，能够及时发现问题并解决并沉淀输出SOP等 4. 数据分析能力强，对数据敏感度高 5. 积极沟通，擅长团队协作，具备较强的自驱力和责任感，逻辑思维能力强
