岗位职责 1. 业务需求开发：承接运控相关业务需求，完成运动序列、测量、调平等业务流程相关功能的开发。 2. 研发与产测工具开发：设计开发运控研发测试工具、产测业务工具及售后工具。 3. 通用组件开发与准出自测：负责通用组件与模块的设计和开发，并完成准出功能的自测。 4. 工具链开发：编写和维护用于算法验证、数据可视化、自动化测试的 Python脚本。 5. 系统验证：在 PC 环境或嵌入式目标板上进行运动控制功能的验证、调试与数据采集，协助分析问题。

任职要求 1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、控制工程、电子等相关专业。 2. 工作经验：有工业控制、嵌入式系统或高性能实时控制项目经验者优先。 3. 专业技能： - 熟悉面向对象编程和常用数据结构，了解基本的软件设计模式；能独立交付功能模块。 - 了解运动控制系统、运动控制原理基本概念，能实现指定的运控模块。 - 具备嵌入式软件开发能力，熟悉 MCU 及调试工具。 - 了解 Linux 开发环境，掌握 GCC/GDB、CMake/Makefile 等工具链。 - 熟悉 Git 等版本控制工具。 - 具备基本的脚本能力（如 Python），用于自动化测试和数据处理。 - 具备熟练的 AI 运用能力（辅助编码、调试、文档等）。 4. 加分项：具备激光切割、激光雕刻、DT/UV 打印、3D 打印、扫地机器人、割草机器人、CNC 等消费产品其一的开发经验。 5. 软素质：自驱力、良好的学习能力、执行力、沟通能力与团队协作能力。
