技术文档工程师（实习生）

工作职责 协助完成产品说明书、快速使用指南、在线帮助等技术文档的编写、更新与维护。 协助完成产品相关资料的中英文翻译及校对，包括但不限于软件界面（UI）、产品文档、营销及售后资料等。 根据产品功能及用户使用场景，整理并编写操作说明、安装指南、常见问题等内容。 协助完成文档配图、排版及版本维护，保障文档交付质量。 协助进行竞品文档分析、AI工具应用探索及文档质量优化等工作。

任职要求 本科及以上学历，英语、翻译、技术传播、理工科等相关专业优先。 逻辑思维清晰，善于信息整理、总结归纳，具备较强的文字表达能力。 工作认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力和学习能力。 英语基础扎实，具有良好的中英文读写能力，英语专业八级（TEM-8）或同等英语水平优先。 对技术文档、用户体验或AI工具有兴趣，有文档撰写、翻译或内容运营经验者优先。 熟悉 Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop、Markdown、Office 等工具，或有 Creo Illustrate、SolidWorks Composer 使用经验者优先。
