1、参与项目与可靠性相关的技术评审、关键节点评审，提供对应资料并提供出专业意见； 2、编写整机可靠性测试用例，完成项目可靠性测试工作，交付件输出和测试执行，并做好可靠性问题闭环跟踪； 3、编写关键物料可靠性测试用例，完成关键器件物料选型的可靠性评估及测试工作； 4、搭建可靠性测试环境，建立并维护可靠性测试相关的文档模板、用例基线、标准规范； 5、公司可靠性实验室管理，仪器维护保养； 6、通过研究可靠性测试技术、引进先进的分析软件和仪器等，提升公司可靠性测试综合实力； 7、联系外部实验室资源，满足我司无资源的测试项目，全流程跟踪。

1、本科及以上学历，电子/机械相关专业，在实验室有5年以上工作经验，熟悉消费类电子产品硬件及可靠性测试。有可靠性工程师证书、懂FA知识，参加过失效机理培训优先； 2、良好的沟通技能，协调资源能力强； 3、能积极主动地与项目团队成员、质量工程师、售后工程师协作复现现场失效现象，提供解决方案； 4、能够组织会议对用例、问题点和复盘等进行评审，并跟踪过程。能够初步分析现场返回的不良品失效原因。
