职位描述： 1、负责新产品立项阶段的成本可行性分析、拆解产品BOM分析各物料（结构件、包装、辅料等）成本构成，参与目标成本制定； 2、参与产品设计评审，从供应链角度提出成本优化建议，对供应商报价进行合理性分析（材料、工序、折旧、模具、良率、损耗等）,支持采购团队进行谈判，提供数据支撑； 3、建立和完善关键物料（塑胶、CNC，压铸，钣金等结构件）的标准成本模型； 4、现场审核供应商的工艺流程、设备能力、人工工时及制造费用，推动跨部门（研发、品质、供应链、制造）成本改善项目； 5、主导供应商的持续成本改善（VA/VE、替代料、工艺优化、规模效应等）； 6、建立成本数据库，并持续更新行业价格趋势。

1、本科及以上学历，机械、电子、材料工程、工业工程、供应链管理等相关专业优先。 2、3 年以上硬件行业相关经验，有结构件成本分析、制造工艺审核经验者优先；熟悉智能硬件、消费电子 类产品尤佳。 3、精通成本构成：材料成本、加工成本、模具摊销、治具费用、人工制造费用；熟悉常见制造工艺：注塑、CNC、冲压、压铸、喷涂、电镀、组装等；能建立成本模型，如塑胶件单价模型、五金件加工模型等，熟悉行业价格趋势。 4、熟练使用 Excel、PPT，能构建成本测算模型；良好的跨部门沟通能力，与研发、采购、品质合作顺畅；抗压能力强，能适应新项目高强度交付节奏。
