你的核心职责： 1、制定前瞻性采购与供应链战略： 深度理解公司产品路线图与海外市场战略，制定与之匹配的、具备前瞻性的全球采购策略与供应链布局方案。不仅考虑成本，更关注供应韧性、技术协同与长期价值。 2、构建并赋能战略供应商生态：超越简单的买卖关系，致力于甄选、培育并管理与公司的创新节奏和品质要求同频的战略合作伙伴。建立科学的评估与发展体系，推动供应商在技术、质量、交付上持续进步，共建稳定、互信的供应生态。 3、驾驭全球供应链风险： 敏锐洞察全球原材料市场、地缘政治及渠道变化，建立系统的风险识别、评估与应对机制。确保供应链在面对不确定性时具备快速响应与恢复的能力，保障全球业务的连续性。 4、采购体系与流程建设：搭建并持续优化采购与供应链管理体系的制度、流程及标准，推动采购流程的标准化、数字化与合规化建设，提升组织运作效率与透明度； 5、打造高绩效采购战队： 负责领导采购团队，你不只是管理者，更是教练。需要系统性地提升团队在技术理解、商业谈判、战略寻源及风险管控等方面的专业深度，打造一支能深度支持业务、具备强战斗力的专家型团队。

我们期待这样的你： 1、5年以上采购管理经验，曾带领50人以上采购团队，具备生产性采购品类如电子料、定制类物料、整机采购（智能硬件）全流程管理经验，熟悉 IPD（集成产品开发）流程及招标法； 2、有大型科技制造企业（如消费电子、智能硬件等）供应链管理经验，经历过供应链数字化变革或流程再造项目。 3、具备供应链思维和第一性原理思维，兼具战略视野与落地执行力，能在高度不确定的环境中推动变革。 4、人品正直，诚实守信，工作原则性强，具备良好的职业素养与商业道德。
