1、深入供应链各环节（采购寻源、招标、质量、计划等），通过对BOM成本分析、供应商准入及履约过程的深入式观察，识别业务流程中的管理盲区与逻辑漏洞。 2、管理闭环推动，针对发现的供应链方向业务问题，提出具有可操作性的管理建议，推动业务端流程改善。 3、有优秀的业务功底，能从采购异常、质量计划偏差、研发选型等，挖掘出利益输送、失职失责等违纪线索，并联合内审监察团队专项跟进。 4、拓展供应链内外部举报反馈渠道，对收到的投诉进行深度的业务逻辑分析，主动筛选并还原违规场景。 5、积极参与部门的专项项目工作，为团队的发展贡献智慧和力量，同时完成部门负责人安排的其他工作任务。

1、本科及以上学历，不限审计、财经专业，欢迎工科、机械、供应链管理等背景，具备敏锐的数字洞察力和逻辑思维能力。 2、熟悉供应链底层逻辑，能看懂真实的成本构成、了解研发选型中核心重点等。 3、具备10年以上大中型制造企业供应链实操经验，曾担任过采购工程师、供应商质量工程师、生产计划或研发项目经理等岗位，担任过采购加其他岗位的为加分项。 4、有成长型思维，相信问题可以被解决，空杯心态，能够主动发现问题； 5、愿意尝试，执行力强，动作快、投入度高。 6、在团队中能够获得信任、平等和尊重，凭借能力强、贡献突出，将在部门和公司中获得广阔的发展空间和展示才华的舞台；
