职位描述 - 深入了解公司产品业务，根据产品功能和特性，撰写/润色/校对/审核产品说明、操作手册、知识库、FAQ等相关中英文资料，保证文档类资料与产品的强一致性和准确性 - 跟进产品上新，版本迭代等情况，统筹安排所负责产品线的文档编写任务分工及工作进度，确保文档及时交付 - 完善文档类资料的写作规范和标准模板，根据内外部用户反馈修订文档类资料的质量标准，提升文档类资料使用的体验感和可读性，最终提升用户满意度 - 负责处理产品资料翻译相关事项，包括但不限于本地化平台管理、与供应商沟通、小语种本地化跟进等； - 维护产品相关文档，包括但不限于产品线上帮助、印制版说明书 - 翻译产品相关资料，包括但不限于软件产品 UI、项目说明书等

职位要求 - 3年以上资料开发工作经验 - 本科以上学历，计算机、信息工程、软件、自动化、电子工程，通信、机械等理工科专业或有IT/智能硬件从业经验 - 语言能力要求：专业八级，非英语专业的，有托福或雅思等认证 - 逻辑思维强，思路清晰，擅长分析问题并进行总结和归纳 - 优秀的中英文语言理解能力、文档写作能力，具有良好的语言文字润色、整理和总结的能力，文字功底强，表述能力简洁易懂 - 工作责任心强，细心，耐心 - 积极主动，善于沟通，能够协调跨部门资源快速落地 - 较强的自主学习能力，能够快速学习业务产品，理解复杂的技术概念和原理，并用通俗易懂的预研表达出来 - 有技术文档撰写或翻译经验者优先 - 熟悉Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop等图文编辑工具者优先
