岗位职责： （一）技术核心职责 1.负责PCBA全流程DFM评审，输出可制造性优化方案 2.制定单板段工艺流程，规划治具需求并推动落地 3.主导PCBA新品导入与工艺验证实施，识别并解决DFM风险点 4.对PCBA加工涉及的化工辅料进行选型和评估 （二）内外协同职责 对外：外协厂管理 1.统筹外协厂新品导入相关工作，协调排期与资源匹配 2.解决外协加工异常，推动制程优化（如焊接质量、物料替代方案） 3.建立外协厂工艺标准，定期开展技术交底 对内：跨部门协作 1.与项目组其他职能协同作业（品质、项目、采购等），同步工艺开发进度，参与项目节点评审 2.配合研发部进行可制造性设计优化

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，电子相关专业； 2. 5年单板工艺经验，其中3年以上PCBA DFM经验，熟悉钢网开孔设计，治具设计，制程优化； 3. 精通PCBA DFM，熟悉SMT， DIP 工艺开发，了解测试工艺； 4. 具备外协管理经验者优先（如EMS代工厂技术对接背景）；
