任职要求 - 本科及以上学历，机械工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、自动化等相关专业 - 5年以上机械结构测试或研发测试经验 - 熟悉结构测试流程与方法，具备系统化测试思维 - 能独立完成测试用例的设计、评审与持续优化 - 熟练使用卡尺、千分尺、三坐标（CMM）等测量工具，具备2D/3D图纸识读能力 - 具备良好的跨部门沟通与推动能力，能主导评审并协调多方协同 加分项 - 有测试用例体系建设或测试流程优化经验 - 熟悉DFT（可测试性设计），有测试左移实践经验 - 熟悉FMEA、六西格玛等质量工具 - 有消费电子、智能硬件、精密设备等领域经验 我们更看重 能把"测试变成设计输入"的人，而不是只执行测试的人。
