一、岗位职责 1. 使用Croe 3D、CAD等软件完成机械结构设计、零部件建模及工程图输出。 2. 参与公司标准模块数据库、经验知识库的搭建与维护，协助整理典型设计案例。 3. 学习并应用AI工具进行图纸智能评审、经验数据提取及设计缺陷比对分析。 4. 协助编写和优化机械设计规范、标准化作业指导书等技术文档。 5. 推动产品设计的标准化、模块化，提升设计复用率与研发效率。

二、任职要求 专业背景 1.本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械工程、自动化等相关专业。 2. 3-5年相关工作经验，至少3年以上非标自动化设备设计工作经验。 2. 具备扎实的机械原理、材料力学、公差配合等专业知识基础。

技能要求 1. 熟练使用Croe 3D（或Pro/ENGINEER）进行三维建模，掌握AutoCAD绘制二维工程图。 2. 了解数据库基础概念，对标准化、模块化设计有初步认知。 3. 对AI辅助设计、智能评审等新技术有学习兴趣和探索意愿。 4. 具备较强的文档编写能力，逻辑清晰，注重细节。 综合素质 1. 具备良好的学习能力、团队协作意识和沟通能力。 2. 对设计工作有热情，能主动思考并优化工作流程。
