岗位职责： - 测试方案设计： 根据电机与电控产品的规格书及研发需求，制定详细的测试大纲、测试用例及测试计划。 - 台架与性能测试： 负责电机及控制器的台架测试，包括但不限于外特性（扭矩/转速）、温升、NVH（噪音与振动）等性能评估。 - 功能与策略验证： 验证电机控制器硬件功能，包括FOC算法性能、故障保护机制（过流、过压、过温等）、通信功能等。 - 可靠性与环境测试： 跟踪或执行产品的高低温、交变湿热、机械振动、耐久性寿命等环境与可靠性验证。 - 设备与台架管理： 负责测试台架（如测功机系统）及相关仪器的日常搭建、调试、校准与维护。 - 数据分析与报告： 深入分析测试数据，定位软硬件潜在问题，出具客观、严谨的测试报告，并协同研发团队（软件/硬件/结构）跟进问题闭环。 任职要求： - 学历背景： 本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、车辆工程、电子信息、机电一体化等相关专业。 - 工作经验： 具备 1-3 年（可根据实际需求调整）及以上电机或电机控制器（MCU）测试经验。 - 专业技能： - 熟悉无刷直流电机（BLDC）、永磁同步电机（PMSM）的基本测试方案。 - 熟练操作测功机台架及常用测试仪器，如示波器、功率分析仪、万用表等。 - 有电机或电控测试经验。 - 综合素质： 具备严谨的工程思维和问题识别能力，动手能力强，有责任心，有耐心；
