岗位职责 1. 光学系统设计： 主导或参与各类成像光学系统（如测距定位系统、投影系统等）的设计、建模、仿真与优化。 2. 光机一体化开发： 与机械、电子团队紧密合作，完成光学系统的结构设计、传感器选型与匹配，确保光学性能在整机中的完美实现。 3. 公差与分析： 进行全面的公差分析，评估机械结构、装配工艺、环境变化对光学系统性能的影响，并提出合理的公差分配方案。 4. 量产支持： 负责从设计到量产的全周期光学技术支持，解决试产和量产过程中的光学装调问题，主导良率提升和生产自动化。 5. 技术攻关： 对前沿光学技术进行预研和探索，解决项目开发中的关键技术难题。

任职要求 必要条件： 1. 专业背景： 光学工程、精密仪器、物理等相关专业硕士及以上学历。 2. 精通光学设计： 深刻理解几何光学、像差理论、波动光学等基础理论。 3. 软件技能： 精通至少一种主流光学设计软件，能熟练进行光学系统建模、优化和像质评价。 4. 光机集成经验： 深刻理解机械结构、材料特性（如热膨胀系数、应力双折射）、装配工艺对光学性能的影响，具备光机一体化设计和分析能力。 5. 量产经验： 拥有至少一个成功量产的光学项目经验，熟悉光学零件的加工工艺（注塑、模造、研磨等）、镀膜、检测与组装流程。 6. 问题解决能力： 具备强大的动手能力和问题分析能力，能独立解决复杂的技术问题。

优先考虑： 1. 拥有手机摄像模组、车载镜头、AR/VR、投影仪等产品量产经验者优先。 2. 熟悉热分析、杂散光分析、灵敏度分析者优先。 3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够高效地与跨职能团队（机械、电子、算法）合作。
