二、 文化内容传播与渠道运营 1、负责企业内刊/文化手册的策划、编撰与发行，挖掘并树立文化标杆人物/团队，打造"标杆效应"，提升组织活力。 2、独立完成内部文化传播渠道（如订阅号）的规划与日常运营，丰富文化传播形式，统筹内容发布与传播。 3、常态化深入业务一线，挖掘、萃取岗位场景中的价值观践行案例，形成文化故事案例库并进行内部推广。
