岗位职责​ 1.从系统整体视角把关路径规划相关能力（图像处理→路径规划→GCode 生成）跨模块拼装后的正确性与可靠性；​ 2.牵头制定跨产品线共用的接口契约与参数规范，如 GCode 调用协议、标定坐标与路径坐标的转换约定、加工安全策略参数标准；​ 3.排查"各模块单独看都没问题，但系统整体运行异常"的疑难问题（如振镜聚焦分档与路径生成不匹配、多轴联动时序错配等），定位问题根因所在层级；​ 4.承担系统级关键算法、验证原型及诊断工具的设计与开发，输出并维护系统技术方案、接口契约、问题分析报告及技术决策记录，从系统可靠性、性能、跨场景兼容性角度把关；​ 5.推动共性问题（多个场景反复出现的同类缺陷）沉淀为正式的通用修复方案，避免重复打补丁；​ 6.建立跨场景的回归验证机制，降低能力升级对存量功能的冲击风险。​

岗位要求​ 1.5 年以上路径规划、运动控制或 CAM 相关领域工作经验，有跨模块系统集成或架构设计经验者优先；​ 2.具备扎实的路径规划、GCode 生成、多轴联动控制相关技术基础，能读懂不同技术方案并识别潜在的系统级风险；​ 3.具备跨学科系统视角，理解标定/图像处理/路径规划/运动控制等环节如何相互影响；​ 4.具备较强的架构设计与技术判断能力，能在"统一规范"和"灵活性"之间做合理取舍；​ 5.具备优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力，能推动多方就统一接口达成一致；​ 6.熟悉建模分析与算法仿真工具，能独立完成系统级问题的量化分析与验证。​ 加分项​ 1.有主导过接口标准化、通用能力沉淀的实际经验；​ 2.熟悉激光雕刻、CNC等多种工艺的运动控制/路径规划特性；​ 3.有嵌入式或实时系统下的算法工程化、性能优化经验；​ 4.具备一定的技术文档撰写能力，能输出接口契约、规范类文档并推动团队遵循。
