3、客情关系深耕：负责海外航司拓展，通过定期的实地拜访和高效沟通，深入挖掘现有商户的潜在需求，拓展客户关系网络，提升商户满意度。

1、具备海外航司商务资源 2、拥有 5 年及以上的航旅 BD 或销售经验，能够熟练运用英语拓展海外客户，具备顾问式销售技巧、大客户洽谈经验，能够为商户提供专业的国际支付解决方案； 3、具有海外航司分销、GDS（全球分销系统）、国际机票代理、OTA国际业务等工作经验者优先； 4、有创业心态、严防底线、善于思考、良好的表达能力及团队合作能力； 5、客户导向与目标驱动：具备强烈的目标导向意识，始终以达成业务目标为核心驱动力。对客户需求具有敏锐的洞察力和同理心，能够快速、准确地识别客户痛点，并根据客户需求提出具有针对性的产品优化建议，为客户创造卓越价值，推动公司业务持续发展
