期待拥有开放心态、拥抱持续进化的你成为易宝的事业伙伴，共绘 “一群人的浪漫”。 1、负责所辖区域代理商的商务拓展工作，敏锐把握市场变化，针对市场和业务需求，规划代理商网络，指导渠道业务有的放矢的进行，包括但不限于目标代理商接洽、评估、筛选、签约等； 2、设定并管理代理商季度/年度销售目标、业绩考核（KPI），快速建立和拓展合作渠道，提升市场覆盖率和业务发展速度，满足区域市场需求，确保渠道业绩达成； 3、负责代理商日常管理、销售支持、关系维护、本地培训与活动执行，与渠道团队进行接洽，并负责组织渠道培训，协同渠道完成公司业务目标的增长； 4、市场信息收集与反馈（客户需求、产品建议、行业市场动态等），对合作渠道的数据进行分析并制定相应的渠道方案，能独立统筹开发渠道合作项目方案，深入了解并挖掘客户需求，提出创新解决方案，推动客户体验提升

1、本科及以上学历，工作经验不低于5年，其中3年以上大客户销售或渠道拓展经验； 2、具备优秀的商业sense及结构化思维，开放心态，具备良好的沟通表达能力、业务开拓能力、谈判能力及市场洞察能力； 3、有跨境支付行业从业经验、销售管理经验优先，有具体的业绩和成功案例支撑，能够有效推动团队达成既定目标； 4、具有自我驱动和同理心特质，有担当、有激情、能抗压、有团队合作精神
