1、负责公司数据库的日常运维工作：监控、备份、容灾、容量评估、SQL优化等； 2、根据业务需求协助开发团队进行数据库设计和性能优化； 3、定位系统瓶颈和排除故障，及时解决数据库系统运维过程中的各种问题； 4、根据公司业务的发展评估和引入新技术； 5、根据平台开发和业务的需求，不断优化、开发数据库服务相关自动化工具，如SQL审核、上线、自动化管理工具等；

1、精通分布式数据库的架构、基本原理；并具备相关日常管理、维护经验，如Oceanbase，TiDB，Doris等（Oceanbase优先）； 2、精通MySQL，深入理解MySQL底层机制； 3、具备大规模集群管理实践经验，具备自动化管理经验优先； 4、熟练掌握Linux系统的管理，能够使用Shell、Python等语言实现自动化运维； 5、强烈的责任心，良好的团队协作精神，优秀的表达和沟通能力； 6、优秀的自主学习能力，对技术研究抱有热忱； 7、根据公司的业务要求学习新的技术； 8、熟悉阿里云，华为云或者Amazon AWS 等云平台各类数据库相关产品使用和维护管理工作优先。
