The posting

1. 参与易宝银行通道平台系统（渠道对接、稳定性治理、故障转移、资金对账、通道路由等等核心模块）架构设计与落地实施工作； 2. 负责高并发、高可用、高一致性的银行渠道订单/网关系统建设，保障交易快速转发，提升系统交易性能，为业务保驾护航； 3. 设计并实现渠道侧订单系统、交易路由、渠道监控、故障转移等核心模块能力，支持按成本、成功率、稳定性等多业务维度的交易路由能力； 4. 与财务、客资等团队协作，构建符合会计准则的会计分录生成引擎，支持借贷平衡、多维度核算； 5. 编写高质量、可维护的代码，推动单元测试、集成测试、数据一致性校验等工程实践落地；

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业优先，具备3年及以上JAVA研发工作经历，深度掌握并运用如 Spring、Dubbo、Mysql、MQ、Redis 等基础技术栈； 2. 有订单系统、支付系统、业务网关、账务清算等金融核心系统开发经验者优先； 3. 理解银网联业务，了解银行、支付宝、微信支付商户入网，支付交易等业务者优先 4. 具备强烈的责任心、严谨的逻辑思维，对数据准确性、系统稳定性有极致追求；

加分项 1. 有银行核心系统（如CCBS、CBUS）、支付清算平台（如网联、银联）、第三方支付（如支付宝、微信支付）相关开发经验； 2. 了解金融监管合规要求（如反洗钱、资金存管、支付结算管理办法）； 3. 有高并发交易系统、日处理亿级流水系统的设计或调优经验； 4. 熟悉分布式事务解决方案（如Seata、TCC、Saga），具备资金类系统幂等、防重、冲正设计经验；
