1、存量经营：作为核心大客户的第一责任人，对客户的交易量、结汇量、服务稳定性、续约率负责，确保原有业务不掉、客户关系持续加深； 2、增量挖掘：基于对客户出海战略、全球资金链路、业务布局的深度理解，主动识别新场景、新产品、新市场的机会（收结汇、下发、提现、收单等关联业务联动），独立输出增长策略并推动落地，把“一个客户”经营成“一片业务”； 3、方案定制：深挖客户资金在海外及跨境结算的真实需求，联动产品/风控/技术/运营团队，将需求转化为可落地的解决方案，主导内部排期、交付、验收全流程闭环； 4、决策链经营：维护客户中高层多线关系（业务、财务、资金、技术），建立季度业务回顾（QBR）机制，成为客户在跨境资金领域的第一顾问，而不只是一个供应商接口人； 5、风险预警：监控客户交易健康度与业务异动，跟踪行业政策、汇率趋势及竞品动作，对客户流失风险和合规风险提前预警、提前干预； 6、方法论沉淀：总结大客户经营打法，形成可复制的客户经营 SOP 与增长方法论，赋能团队。

1、本科及以上学历，5 年以上跨境支付/跨境金融行业经验，其中 3 年以上大客户（KA/SKA/Enterprise）经营经验。服务对象必须是平台类、集团类或品牌类大客户——SME 商户维护、工单客服经验不计入； 2、有“把存量经营出增长”的成功案例：接手时和经营后的客户交易量/结汇量/产品渗透数据，面试请带数据讲，背调会核实； 独立作战能力：能独立面对客户 VP 级别对话、独立制定客户年度经营策略、独立调动内部产品与研发资源。团队没有手把手带人的空间，你需要自带打法； 3、理解跨境资金全链路（收结汇、境外下发、外汇、风控合规），能与客户的财务/资金团队平等对话，听懂业务语言之外的财务语言； 4、主动沟通，有自己的判断和策略：敢对客户提方案，敢对内部争资源，不做传声筒。 【加分项】 有卡组织（万事达/Visa/银联等）、出海集团（美团/小米/字节等）、头部跨境电商平台的服务或合作经验； 有从 0 到 1 搭建大客户经营体系/客户成功体系的经验； 英语可作为工作语言，能独立支撑跨境客户沟通； 懂数据：能自己拉数据、看趋势、做客户健康度分析，而不是等报表。
