期待拥有开放心态、拥抱持续进化的你成为易宝的事业伙伴，共绘 “一群人的浪漫”。 1、负责收集国际支付/跨境支付产品的客户或市场信息。覆盖收付款、购付汇、收结汇、发卡、收单等资金业务，为客户制定全链路解决方案； 2、负责跨境收单、发卡和运营后台等功能规划，结合竞品及前端市场需求进行设计； 3、负责对接国内外合作伙伴需求，协调产、运、研等职能，明确产品需求和进行验收测试以及生产验证； 4、负责web及移动端支付流程，并优化迭代前端产品体验； 5、日常进度跟踪以确保产品功能特性和交互符合需求文档的要求。

1、7年以上金融支付解决方案/产品经验，善于分析用户使用场景，挖掘使用需求和痛点，并制定有效的解决方案； 2、较强的学习、分析和研究跟进能力以及逻辑思维能力，对各类支付产品保持浓厚的兴趣，持续关注跨境支付行业动向优先； 3、有跨境支付行业相关经验经验优先考虑； 4、英语可以作为工作语言。 5、时刻保持以客户为中心，能够挖掘客户真实诉求，不甘平庸，追求极致

*岗位画像 1、懂支付业务，在金融板块有5年以上深耕，最好是助贷方面有1-n的经历。 2、需要具备一定的策略思考能力、自驱力强，血性。 3、目标公司：通联、富友，做卡中心、保险、基金类业务的总监。
