1. 带领5~7人小组，以高可用、高性能为目标，负责基础服务、中间件、通用类库的架构设计、开发与性能优化等相关工作。 2. 深入理解用户需求，提升中间件易用性，不仅满足于“做出来”，以“技术产品化”为目标，不断自我迭代，推动技术进步。 3. 在易用性的基础上，制定中间件使用规范、运维标准及最佳实践，推动技术体系，系统化演进。 4. 跟踪行业技术趋势（如云原生、Service Mesh），推动中间件技术的演进与团队能力提升。

1. 5年以上大型分布式系统架构设计和开发经验，JAVA基础扎实，熟悉JVM，包括内存模型、类加载机制以及性能优化、线程安全、垃圾回收等技术有深入研究。 2. 深入理解高并发、低延迟、强一致性系统的设计和优化方法，熟悉大流量、高并发、高性能的设计及应用。 3. 熟悉主流中间件原理与使用，如RocketMQ、Kafka、Dubbo、ZooKeeper、DAL等常见组件，具备二次开发能力。 4. 善于沟通、良好问题分析和解决能力，强烈的责任心和自我驱动力，喜欢思考问题深层次的原因，并擅于归纳和总结。 5. 具备跨团队协作与推动能力，能在复杂环境中协调多方资源推进落地。 6.目标结果导向，结果说话。充分理解客户第一背后的客户是谁，起到首席产品体验官的作用，避免盲目技术建设，构建简单易用，稳定可靠的技术类产品，提升研发协作效率。

加分项 1. 参与过开源中间件源码贡献者优先（如 Apache RocketMQ、Apache Dubbo）。 2. 有中间件自研或平台化建设经验者优先。
