1、本科及以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业，具有3年或以上JAVA研发工作经验； 2、精通JAVA语言，深入的掌握与应用如Spring boot、Dubbo、Mysql、Mybatis、RocketMQ、Redis等基础技术栈； 3、良好的业务架构设计能力，熟悉行业常见的架构方案以及分布式架构下常见的问题及其解决方案，有微服务DDD设计和开发经验更佳; 4、有较强抽象和逻辑分析能力，能基于需求场景分析，和产品经理协同进行业务模型抽象和设计，落地方案； 5、良好的团队合作精神，共享精神，对工作具有责任心，勤奋好学； 6、加分项：a）有跨境支付/国际支付相关经验者优先（跨境收付、全球收款等）；b）中大型分布式交易系统的设计及研发经验；
