1、海外牌照申请运营：统筹协调海外支付牌照全流程申请工作，包含申请材料梳理、准备、归档；跟进申牌项目整体进度，同步监管反馈；联动合规、法务、财务、产品等跨部门完成资料输出与问题闭环，推动海外牌照落地。 2、支付渠道日常运营：负责现有海外支付渠道的运营管理，包含渠道主体账户开户、合作对接、上线落地支持；快速处理渠道商用阶段交易、对账、接入等各类业务异常；定期汇总输出渠道交易数据、运营报表；执行支付系统后台各项运营配置、功能操作，保障渠道稳定运行。 3、流程与文档管理：沉淀牌照申报、渠道运营 SOP，维护渠道、牌照相关档案，识别运营风险点，持续优化内部协作流程。 内外部沟通对接：对接海外银行、持牌机构、监管代理，同步业务诉求；对内同步渠道、牌照风险与进展，支撑业务拓展决策。

1、本科及以上学历，金融、国际贸易、英语等相关专业，2‑4 年跨境支付、海外金融牌照运营、银行 / 支付渠道运营实操经验，有欧盟 EMI、英国 EMI、香港 MSO 等海外牌照申牌实操经验优先中国经济网。 2、熟悉海外支付牌照申报流程，熟悉境外银行、支付机构渠道开户、对接全流程；理解跨境支付交易、清算结算基础逻辑，能独立定位、处理渠道交易异常问题。 3、英语流利，可以独立阅读监管文件、能与海外合作方线上&线下沟通；能够使用 Excel ，metabase等数据整理工具、输出报表。 4、优秀跨部门项目协调能力，细节严谨，具备项目追踪、多任务并行处理能力；有较强问题排查能力，面对复杂业务异常可推动多方闭环解决。可适应跨国时差沟通场景。
