1. 全链路体验梳理与诊断：负责国际支付全链路商户与用户体验体系搭建、诊断、迭代与闭环管理，以数据驱动提升支付成功率、到账时效与商户满意度，降低投诉、调单、拒付及流程卡点、体验痛点与摩擦点。 2. 体验指标体系建设与监控：搭建并落地体验度量体系，涵盖支付成功率、流程完成率、操作耗时、商户NPS/CSAT、投诉率、风控拦截体验、结算及时率等核心指标，建立日常监控看板与预警机制。 3. VOC用户声音闭环管理：整合客服工单、商户访谈、后台日志、舆情反馈、渠道异常等数据，建立“问题收集—根因分析—方案落地—效果复盘”的闭环机制，推动高频痛点批量解决。 4. 体验优化项目推动与落地：主导体验优化专项，联动产品、研发、风控、合规等团队完成需求落地、验收与效果评估，确保优化目标达成。 5. 行业竞对对标与体验创新：持续跟踪头部跨境支付平台体验策略与功能迭代，输出竞对分析与差异化体验方案，支撑业务增长与商户留存。 6. 体验规范与机制建设：制定商户后台、服务商平台体验标准与规范，沉淀能力，并通过SOP、智能化，提升整体体验交付质量。

1. 本科及以上学历，3年及以上互联网支付/跨境支付/金融科技体验优化、产品运营、用户运营相关工作经验；有连连国际、PingPong、万里汇、派安盈等平台经验者优先。 2. 深度熟悉国际支付全流程：跨境收款、换汇结汇、提现、清结算、对账、风控审核、拒付与申诉机制。 3. 具备优秀的数据敏感度与分析能力，可独立完成体验诊断、指标监控、根因定位与效果评估。 4. 具备出色的跨部门推动能力、项目管理能力与结果导向意识，可独立推动复杂体验项目落地。 5. 具备B端商户体验优化经验者优先，熟悉跨境电商、外贸、场景者优先。 6. 具备良好的英文读写能力，能够理解国际化产品与海外合规要求。
