1、渠道管理和日常运营： -收集业务诉求，转化为有效需求协同FI、产品，协助商务团队完成新渠道拓展及渠道落地； -负责海外金融机构（含银行、三方支付机构等）的日常运营，包括渠道接入、账户开通等，保障渠道日常运行稳定； -负责已接入资金通道的管理及维护工作，协调处理资金通道各项日常问题，保证业务正常有序运转 2、定期监控及分析各渠道运营数据（交易规模、费率、结算周期等），做出合理有效归纳总结，输出定期化的复盘报告，提出相应优化建议。 3、推动运营工具产品化，自动化；提升运营工作效率。

1、教育背景：本科以上；具备互联网、跨境支付行业或金融机构相关运营经验； 2、具备较强的问题分析、数据分析和解决能力；思路清晰，目标明确，较强的沟通能力。 3、了解跨境支付业务流程；了解SWIFT、SEPA及本地支付网络，加分。 4、英语可作为工作语言，熟练掌握商务邮件的书写，有境外工作、留学经历者优先。
