本科及以上学历，统计学、金融、商业分析、国际经济与贸易等相关专业优先；有跨境支付、金融科技相关经验者可放宽专业，熟悉合规规则者加分。 1-3年/3-5年/5年以上商业分析相关工作经验，跨境支付、金融科技行业经验优先；具备“数据挖掘-策略落地-复盘优化”闭环项目经验、跨部门项目主导经验者优先。 熟练掌握SQL及Excel高级功能，掌握Tableau/Power BI者优先；了解Python/R及基础建模者加分。 具备敏锐商业敏感度、严密逻辑思维，熟悉跨境支付行业模式、核心指标及合规规则，能快速拆解问题、提炼洞察并对接业务需求，独立撰写高质量分析报告。 结果导向，自驱力强，具备优秀跨部门沟通、书面及口头表达能力，能快速适应行业政策与市场变化，细节把控到位；持有CDA、PMP、CFA等相关证书、具备数学建模经验、跨境支付专项分析经验或优秀英文读写能力者加分。
