1. 落地代理商整体运营策略与规划，明确代理商分级管理标准，参与持续完善代理商知识库，代理商分层权益等基建工作 2. 根据代理商全生命周期管理，执行包括代理商招募、资质审核、合作谈判、合同签订、日常维护及淘汰优化的相关流程追踪 3. 参与代理商销售目标的拆解与达成，制定针对性的销售促进方案，跟踪代理商销售数据、过程执行，分析差距并提出改进措施，保障整体销售任务完成； 4. 日常执行代理商培训，提升代理商团队专业能力与市场运营能力， 5. 参与代理商市场活动策划与执行，整合公司资源支持代理商开展推广活动，提升品牌在各区域市场的渗透率与影响力； 6.结合代理商运营数据进行分析复盘，协助持续优化运营策略与合作模式，提升市场竞争力；

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、电子商务等相关专业优先，3年以上代理商运营管理经验，有成熟的代理商资源与成功的代理商体系搭建案例者优先； 2. 具备扎实的代理商运营管理知识，熟悉代理商招募、培育、激励、管控全流程，能独立落地代理商运营策略； 3. 具备出色的市场洞察力、数据分析能力与问题解决能力，能通过数据驱动运营优化，有效提升代理商业绩； 4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、谈判能力与团队管理能力 5. 工作积极主动，责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力与创新意识，能适应市场快速变化并及时调整运营策略；
