1、负责国际支付场景下客户全生命周期产品设计，搭建客户入网，巡检，产品开通，计费、返佣结算体系，落地内部 CRM 产品功能规划与迭代。 2、对接销售、运营、财务等团队，梳理客户管理类需求，输出 PRD、原型、产品方案，推动研发落地上线。 3、持续监控数据并定期复盘，优化产品体验，解决业务卡点，推动客户规模化增长。 4、主动推动跨部门协同，沉淀产品规范、操作文档，辅助产品体系搭建。

1、本科及以上学历，3 年以上支付 / 电商 B 端产品经验，熟悉国内支付、跨境支付业务流程优先。 2、有计费系统、返佣分润、CRM 商户管理系统完整搭建或迭代落地实操经验。 3、熟练使用 Axure、XMind 等产品工具，能独立完成需求拆解、方案设计、项目推进。 4、支付公司、跨境电商大厂背景优先，熟悉商户结算、分账对账逻辑。 5、具备良好跨部门沟通、抗压与落地推进能力。 6、具备AI产品思维，善用AI提升产品工作效率，对大模型、Agent、Skills等有深刻理解，具备实际落地经验（如主导过AI相关项目，或在工作中成功将AI技术应用落地）
