1、研究生在读，专业不限。法律、经济、金融、国际贸易、风险管理、统计学、审计等相关专业优先。 2、具备出色的逻辑分析、数据分析能力和洞察力和风险意识。 3、优秀的文字功底，可以撰写报告。 4、具有较强的跨部门沟通能力。 5、熟练使用office软件（包括Excel、PPT）。 6、有银行、互联网或其他知名跨国企业合规、风险管理类实习经验者优先。 7、每周到岗5个工作日，尽快到岗者优先，至少实习3个月以上。
