掌握Java 基础语法，熟悉面向对象编程、集合、多线程、IO 等核心知识点； 了解 Spring Boot、Spring MVC、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus 等主流 Java 开发框架，有实战项目经验优先； 熟悉 MySQL 数据库，掌握基本 SQL 编写、索引优化、事务处理，了解 Redis 缓存优先； 了解 HTTP/HTTPS 协议、RESTful 接口设计，有接口开发 / 对接经验者优先； 对国际支付、跨境金融、支付清算有基础认知或学习热情，具备良好的英语读写能力； 具备良好的逻辑思维、问题排查能力，责任心强，善于沟通与团队协作
