领域建模与架构设计：基于 DDD 方法论拆解支付核心域（交易、账户、清结算、对账）与支撑域（渠道、风控、合规），定义聚合根、实体、值对象、领域服务与边界上下文，输出领域模型与架构设计文档，支撑业务快速迭代。 核心系统研发与迭代：负责支付网关、收单处理、分账结算、自动对账、渠道路由等核心模块开发，优化链路性能与稳定性，解决分布式事务、幂等、超时、数据一致性等关键问题。 高可用与高并发优化：设计并落地限流、熔断、降级、多活、缓存（Redis）、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）等方案，支撑大促峰值场景，保障系统 TPS 与可用性达标。 技术攻坚与沉淀：定位线上疑难问题（慢 SQL、JVM 故障、链路超时），输出优化方案；沉淀领域组件、技术规范与最佳实践，推动团队技术能力提升。 任职要求

必备条件 学历与经验：本科及以上，计算机相关专业；5 年及以上 Java 开发经验，3 年及以上支付领域研发经验，具备完整支付系统从 0 到 1 或重构经验。 技术栈与核心能力：精通 Java，深度掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud/Dubbo、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus 等框架；熟悉 MySQL/Oracle，具备高并发 SQL 优化与分库分表经验；熟练使用 Redis、Kafka/RabbitMQ 等中间件，掌握分布式锁、分布式事务（TCC/SAGA）、幂等设计等技术。 领域知识：深入理解支付业务全流程（交易受理、资金清算、账务处理、自动对账、分账结算），熟悉银行卡收单、聚合支付、跨境支付等业务模式。 架构与建模能力：具备分布式系统架构设计能力，熟练运用 DDD 进行领域建模，能独立完成核心模块设计与落地，有支付平台化建设经验优先。 问题与质量意识：具备线上系统 Debug 与调优能力，对线上问题零容忍，有完善的单元测试、集成测试与监控体系建设经验。 软实力：优秀的沟通协作与项目推进能力，能跨团队高效推进需求落地；具备较强的抽象思维与问题解决能力，适应快节奏、高并发的支付场景。 优先条件 有头部支付机构（支付宝 / 微信支付 / 银联）、银行或大型互联网公司支付系统研发经验。 具备大促 / 秒杀等高并发支付场景实战经验，有性能优化并落地可量化成果（如 TPS 提升、成功率提升、资损率下降）。 掌握 AI 技术在支付场景的应用，或有支付领域中间件 / 工具开发经验、团队顺畅沟通。
