期待拥有开放心态、拥抱持续进化的你成为易宝的事业伙伴，共绘 “一群人的浪漫”。 1、负责国际结汇、账务核心等系统的架构设计与落地实施工作。包括但不限于结汇订单处理、资金交割清算、多币种科目、记账引擎、流水中心及对账核验模块。 2、设计高并发、高可用、数据强一致的分布式支付系统，并识别潜在的瓶颈与风险，攻克技术难关，确保资金安全与系统稳定性。 3、主导生产环境跨境交易相关疑难问题的排查与解决（如对账差错、汇率计算偏差、跨境超时重试陷阱），持续优化系统性能与资源利用率。 4、指导初中级工程师进行系统开发，组织技术评审与代码审查，推动技术规范落地；参与技术中台建设，沉淀业务领域公共组件。 5、探索并引入AI辅助开发工具（如Copilot、Cursor、通义灵码等），在代码生成、单元测试、接口文档生成、SQL优化、异常日志分析等场景中提升研发效率。

1、本科及以上学历，7年以上Java研发经验，3年以上支付或金融领域架构设计经验，有国际支付项目背景优先。 2、精通Java及JVM原理，熟悉并发编程、内存模型、性能调优；精通Spring生态（Boot/Cloud/Data）及分布式微服务架构基础技术栈。 3、良好的业务架构设计能力，熟悉行业常见的架构方案以及分布式架构下常见的问题及其解决方案，有微服务DDD设计和开发经验更佳; 4、有较强抽象和逻辑分析能力，能基于需求场景分析，和产品经理协同进行业务模型抽象和设计，落地方案； 5、强烈的责任心与风险意识，善于跨团队（产品、合规、运营、财务）协作，推动业务/技术决策落地。

#### 明显加分项： 1.有对接境内银行结汇渠道或SWIFT/CLS结算网络的实战经验。 2.有从0到1搭建国际化账务核心、会计核心、结汇领域经验。 3.对AI辅助编程有实际使用经验，如深度使用Copilot/Cursor辅助开发、基于LLM构建过智能问答/代码生成/日志分析等工具，并有实际落地效果。 4.英文读写能力优秀，能直接阅读国际支付接口文档（如Visa/Mastercard API Spec）并撰写相关技术方案。
