负责孵化业务的财务工作： 1、负责新业务战略规划与商业计划制定过程中的财务支持，包括新业务3-5年的产品规划投入、市场回报、行业分析、资源配置、投入产出、经营风险评估等； 2、负责新业务市场开拓中交易相关的财务方案设计，包括且不限于客户信用评估、项目或产品报价、采购或销售合同条款、结算规则与要求、资金计划等； 3、支持新业务履约交付，包括采购结算、收入确认、成本分析、库存分析、回款跟踪等； 4、支持新业务营销、研发活动，包括人效工时监督、预算执行监督、费用滚动预测、费用分析； 5、支持建立新业务的核算标准化规范、业财流程一体化、以及业绩考核相关的财务支持。

1、学历与专业：本科以上学历，工商管理、市场营销、财务管理、金融、经济等商科类专业； 2、知识储备：掌握战略管理、营销理论、财务管理知识、报表分析、公司金融、税务等基础知识，了解预算管理、成本分析、现金流管理、投资回报测算等基本方法； 3、项目或实习经验：有财务分析、FP&A、咨询、投行、战略、行业研究等实习经历优先；参与过商业案例竞赛、创业项目、财务建模比赛等优先； 4、逻辑清晰，具备结构化思维和商业敏感度，主动性与学习能力强，擅长沟通协调，具备一定抗压、自驱特质。"
