负责财务管理变革的数字化落地项目工作： 1、了解财务管理中心各类组织架构、制度、流程、数据和系统建设现状，支持定期刷新数字化转型规划； 2、收集与识别财务数字化需求，开展业务侧需求分析、评审、优先级管理沟通并跟踪IT资源实现需求； 3、统筹项目预研立项、对接内外部项目资源，参与项目方案设计、评估，推动数字化系统建设或改造； 4、规范项目过程管理，确保项目目标、范围、计划、资源投入匹配规划，协调管理风险与解决问题，按计划实现预期目标； 5、协助流程优化、数据治理，积极推动财务机器人、BI分析工具、财务AI智能体的推广应用，驱动财务工作自动化与智能化

1、学历与专业：本科以上学历，财务管理、会计学、审计、工商管理、信息管理、数据科学、管理科学与工程等专业；财务+IT/数据复合背景优先； 2、知识储备：掌握会计学、财务管理、报表分析等基础知识，了解财务共享、业财融合、司库、合并报表、预算等概念，对RPA、BI、AI、数据整理等数字化趋势有基本认知； 3、项目或实习经验：具备财务、审计、咨询、ERP实施、财务共享、数据分析等实习经历优先；参与过财务/数字化课题、数字化竞赛或校园项目等优先。
