1.参与智能座舱 Android 应用（App）及中间件的需求分析、系统设计，依据产品设计文档与需求规范，独立完成中大型模块的架构设计、代码开发与单元测试，确保交付质量并输出完整的技术设计文档、接口文档及自测报告。 2.主导或参与核心功能的技术方案选型与落地，熟练运用 Kotlin + Jetpack Compose 构建现代化 UI，结合 MVC/MVP/MVVM/MVI 等设计模式，实现高内聚、低耦合的业务逻辑，推动模块化、组件化与工具化重构，持续提升代码可维护性与复用性。 3.承担应用性能优化专项工作，针对内存泄漏、卡顿、ANR、启动速度、CPU/内存占用等问题进行深度分析与调优，建立性能基线，制定优化策略并推动落地，保障座舱系统的流畅性与稳定性。 4.遵循公司编码规范与质量流程，参与代码评审，推动自动化测试与持续集成实践，确保软件交付的高可靠性与可追溯性。 5.参与前沿技术预研与创新课题开发（如 AI 辅助编程、SDD（规范驱动开发）、Agent 技术等），输出技术调研报告与原型验证成果，沉淀知识库，为团队引入提效工具与最佳实践。 6.积极辅导初中级工程师，通过技术分享、代码走查、结对编程等方式，促进团队整体技术能力提升，营造学习型组织氛围。 7.结合车载座舱场景（多屏交互、车机互联、系统服务等），与硬件、系统、产品团队紧密协作，推动跨模块联调与问题闭环，确保最终体验符合车规级要求。

1.全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子等相关专业，3 年以上 Android 平台 App 或中间件开发经验，熟悉 Android 系统源码框架，有车载行业经验者优先。 2.精通 Kotlin 语言，熟练使用 Jetpack Compose 进行声明式 UI 开发，具备独立完成中型模块从设计到交付的全流程能力。 3.深入理解面向对象与面向抽象设计原则，熟练掌握 MVC、MVP、MVVM、MVI 等主流架构模式，并能根据业务场景灵活选型。 4.具备扎实的性能调优实战经验，熟练使用 Profiler、Systrace、LeakCanary 等工具，能快速定位并解决内存、卡顿、ANR 等问题，有启动速度或渲染性能优化成果者优先。 5.具有良好的编码习惯，熟悉 Git 工作流，有模块化、组件化或工具化重构实践，对代码质量有较高追求。 6.具备C++、Linux 应用开发或 Python 等多技术栈能力者优先，能够理解底层系统交互，辅助跨层问题排查。 7.英语口语流利者优先，能进行技术文档阅读与简单工作交流；欢迎外籍留学生投递。 8.熟悉 AI 辅助编程工具，了解 SDD（Specification-Driven Development） 或具备 Agent 开发经验者优先，乐于探索研发效能新范式。
