1. 负责智能驾驶控制领域包括横纵向控制算法的研发和落地； 2. 负责算法的设计、开发、控制器软件交付及性能迭代，包括实车调试与对接上下游，保障算法软件的交付质量；

1. 具备高速领航/城区领航辅助驾驶，或ACC/LKA/AEB/LDP/LCC量产项目的控制算法软件开发经验； 2. 熟练掌握Matlab/Simulink，基于模型设计的代码生成； 3. 熟悉自动控制原理，熟悉主流横纵控算法（如PID、LQR、MPC等），熟悉车辆轨迹跟踪控制算法； 4. 熟悉车辆运动学、动力学模型，熟悉车辆底盘控制、轮胎、动力、制动、转向控制特性； 5. 熟练掌握c++，熟悉常用的数据结构和设计模式，熟悉Linux和中间件等开发环境，工程能力强，有软件优化经验； 6. 熟悉优化控制方法、数值优化方法等经验者优先。
