1. 本科以上学历，汽车电子8年以上的开发经验； 2. 熟悉传感器（摄像头，毫米波雷达，超声波雷达）的原理及应用场景; 3. 熟悉需求分析和管理的方法及工具（EA, Doors, ALM，ASPICE流程); 4. 掌握系统需求以及系统FMEA的编写技巧; 5. 熟悉ADAS产品的基础服务功能和应用功能及核心性能指标; 6. 了解ADAS产品的相关法规和标准. 7. 具备英语阅读及书写文档的能力 8.具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作意识 9.有汽车电子行业车载、ADAS相关产品的系统架构设计经验优先 10. 有智能驾驶软件开发经验优先 11. 有良好的日语或英语口语沟通能力优先。
