The posting

■ 负责MPS IBC与VRM电源模块产品量产阶段的制程开发、维护与工艺优化，制定并更新工艺控制计划、作业指导书（SOP）及PFMEA等工艺文件，涵盖SMT、清洗、点胶、磁芯贴装、塑封研磨、组装等过程（至少其中2段工艺）。 ■ 监控产线关键工艺参数（如贴装精度±30μm、真空回流焊温区曲线、点胶胶量、塑封参数等），针对SPC异常点及时组织分析并制定纠正预防措施，确保IBC高功率密度模块与VRM低压大电流模块的工艺稳定性与产品直通率。 ■ 主导IBC/VRM模块量产产品良率提升与制程异常处理，运用DOE、鱼骨图、8D等工程分析方法定位工艺不良根因，重点关注IBC与VRM模块封装的工艺难点。 ■ 参与新工艺、新材料、新治具的导入验证与评估，协同NPI团队完成试产阶段的工艺问题闭环，确保顺利转量产。熟悉电源模块回流焊工艺要求。 ■ 编写并维护IBC/VRM电源模块工艺设计规则，定期评估制程能力（CPK），推动工艺标准化与持续改善。 ■ 严格落实ESD防静电规范及车间安全生产规定，对产线技术员及操作员进行工艺标准与操作技能培训。

■ 基本要求 本科及以上学历，微电子、材料科学、电子封装、机械工程或相关专业； 5年以上半导体封测厂工艺工程师或相关岗位经验，有长电科技或甬矽电子IBC/VRM电源模块工艺经验者优先； 具备良好的英语读写能力，能独立处理相关技术文档与客户沟通。 ■ 专业技能要求 熟悉IBC与VRM的电源架构原理及封装技术特点； 熟悉0、1、2级电源模块主流封装工艺流程，了解电源模块高功率密度封装与散热设计规则； 熟悉SMT、点胶、Underfill、Molding、研磨、激光分板等电源模块关键组装工艺，了解IBC模块双面散热与VRM模块的贴装、真空回流焊控制、研磨等工艺要求； 掌握FMEA/DOE/SPC/Control Plan等质量工具，具备CPK分析与制程能力评估能力； 具备数据统计分析能力，能独立完成良率分析报告与改善方案。

■ 优先录用条件 有MPS IBC或VRM电源模块量产工艺维护经验； 有汽车电子（AEC-Q100认证）电源模块封装工艺经验； 有主导大客户（MPS、英飞凌、TI）工艺相关审核接待经验。
