Mission Bei yoursquares baust du die Systeme, mit denen wir jeden Tag arbeiten.

Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den Problemen unserer Bauträger-Partner und unserem Tech-Stack entwickelst du Lösungen, die sofort im Alltag ankommen – und das ohne monatelange Abstimmung. Mal ist das ein sauber gebautes Tool mit eigenem Backend, mal eine Automatisierung, die in zwei Tagen steht. Du entscheidest, was die Aufgabe wirklich braucht. Wir sind vollständig bootstrapped auf über 700 % Wachstum pro Jahr gekommen. Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  • Du entwickelst eigenständig Software für konkrete Probleme unserer Bauträger-Kunden: Tools, Services und Integrationen – von der ersten Idee über den Prototyp bis zum produktiven Rollout. Frontend und Backend mit JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js und Python, angebunden an Datenbanken wie Supabase
  • Du konzipierst und baust APIs und System-Schnittstellen, über die unsere Tools, unser CRM und die Systeme unserer Kunden zusammenspielen
  • Du analysierst manuelle, wiederkehrende Prozesse im Unternehmen und automatisierst sie mit Make.com, n8n oder Zapier – eigenständig, statt auf einen expliziten Auftrag zu warten. Prozessgestaltung ist bei uns Teil der Rolle, nicht Zusatzaufgabe
  • Du baust unsere AI-Systeme und den dazugehörigen Tech-Stack kontinuierlich weiter: LLM-Integration über APIs, Anbindung neuer Modelle und Tools, sobald sie für uns relevant werden, und AI-gestützte Entwicklung mit Tools wie Claude Code
  • Du entwickelst MVPs und digitale Services im Rapid Prototyping und validierst neue Produkt- und Lösungsansätze schnell am echten Anwendungsfall
  • Du übernimmst technische Ownership für das, was du baust: Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Testing und eine strukturierte technische Dokumentation gehören für dich dazu
  • Du triffst technische Entscheidungen eigenverantwortlich und etablierst Standards dafür, wie wir Software, Automatisierung und AI bei yoursquares einsetzen – mit direktem Einfluss darauf, wie das ganze Team zukünftig arbeitet

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Weiterbildung im Bereich AI, Informatik oder Tech — oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
  • Praktische Entwicklungserfahrung mit JavaScript/TypeScript oder Python, idealerweise im Web-Umfeld (React, Next.js, Node.js) und mit Datenbanken wie Supabase oder PostgreSQL
  • Sicherer Umgang mit APIs und Datenstrukturen: Du liest dich in fremde Schnittstellen ein und baust eigene, ohne dass jemand vorbaut
  • Erfahrung mit Automatisierungsplattformen wie Make.com, n8n oder Zapier — du weißt, wann eine Automatisierung reicht und wann es echten Code braucht
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von AI-Systemen bzw. im produktiven Einsatz von GenAI-Tools und LLM-APIs
  • Erste Erfahrung in einem Start-up-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Berührungspunkten zum Produktmanagement
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du baust lieber, als lange zu planen, und stellst dein Ergebnis noch am selben Tag zur Diskussion
  • Verlässlichkeit und Belastbarkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck und wechselnden Prioritäten
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit — du erklärst technische Lösungen auch Kolleg:innen ohne Tech-Hintergrund verständlich
