Deine Aufgaben:

Mission Du lernst Vertrieb dort, wo er am unmittelbarsten ist: am Telefon, im direkten Draht zu Entscheider:innen der Immobilienbranche. Als SDR-Praktikant:in bei yoursquares bist du die erste Stimme, die potenzielle Kund:innen von uns hören — und der erste Schritt in jedem neuen Kundenverhältnis, das wir aufbauen. Wer ambitioniert an seine Akquise-Skills glaubt, wächst hier schneller als irgendwo sonst.

  • Kaltakquise im Kerngeschäft: Du führst täglich eine hohe Zahl an Anrufen und Erstgesprächen mit Immobilienfachleuten und buchst eigenständig qualifizierte Termine für unser Sales-Team
  • Dein Skript, deine Verantwortung: Du entwickelst und testest eigene Gesprächsansätze und Einwandbehandlungen und optimierst sie datenbasiert anhand deiner eigenen Ergebnisse
  • Prozesse, die du selbst verbesserst: Du pflegst und verbesserst aktiv unsere HubSpot-Workflows und hilfst mit, KI-gestützte Vorqualifizierung und Automatisierung im Akquise-Prozess weiter auszubauen
  • Mehr als nur Anrufe: Du bringst dich in Pricing- und Portfolio-Überlegungen ein und lernst, wie Akquise-Ergebnisse strategische Entscheidungen der Gründer beeinflussen
  • Wachstum an deiner Seite: Mit steigender Erfahrung übernimmst du auch Aufgaben im Bestandskunden-Team, etwa bei Upselling-Gesprächen

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:

  • Studienhintergrund in BWL, Immobilienwirtschaft, Marketing o. Ä. — eine aktuelle Einschreibung ist keine Voraussetzung
  • Freude an Telefonaten mit fremden Menschen, auch wenn nicht jedes Gespräch zum Erfolg führt
  • Erste Vertriebs-, Start-up- oder Immobilienerfahrung von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Du hast eine unternehmerische Einstellung, eine proaktive "can-do" Haltung, bist ein Teamplayer und hast eine hands-on Mentalität
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise statt Bauchgefühl am Telefon
  • Lust, dich schnell in CRM- und Automatisierungstools wie HubSpot einzuarbeiten
  • Mindestens 4 Monate Zeit, um wirklich etwas zu bewegen
