Deine Aufgaben Als Founders Associate Intern bei yoursquares arbeitest du direkt mit unseren Gründern zusammen und bekommst einen 360°-Einblick in den Aufbau eines der am schnellsten wachsenden PropTech-Start-ups Europas. Du unterstützt operative Exzellenz und strategische Projekte, die unser Wachstum vorantreiben — von der ersten Kundenansprache bis zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsstrategie. Ein zentraler Bestandteil deines Alltags ist dabei die aktive Kaltakquise: Du sprichst täglich mit Entscheider:innen der Immobilienbranche und sicherst dir die Termine, die unser Wachstum erst möglich machen. Dieses Praktikum bietet dir die Chance, von erfahrenen Gründern zu lernen, früh Verantwortung zu übernehmen und einen echten Beitrag zu unserer Unternehmensentwicklung zu leisten.

  • Du führst eigenständig Kaltakquise- und Erstgespräche mit Immobilienfachleuten, entwickelst deinen eigenen Gesprächsansatz und sicherst qualifizierte Termine für unser Vertriebsteam — Tag für Tag
  • Arbeite eng mit unserem Management zusammen, um Wachstumsinitiativen, Pricing-Entscheidungen und neue Marktsegmente vorzubereiten
  • Optimiere unsere HubSpot-Workflows und KI-gestützte Lead-Vorqualifizierung, um unseren Vertriebsprozess laufend schneller und skalierbarer zu machen
  • Unterstütze bei Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Projekten für Bestandskund:innen und baue langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen mit auf
  • Führe Recherchen zu neuen Partnerschaften und Marktchancen durch, die unsere Expansion in neue Segmente vorbereiten.

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:

  • Studienhintergrund in BWL, Immobilienwirtschaft, Marketing o. Ä. — eine aktuelle Einschreibung ist keine Voraussetzung
  • Du hast keine Scheu, fremde Menschen anzurufen, und lässt dich von einer Absage nicht aus der Ruhe bringen
  • Erste Erfahrung in Vertrieb, Consulting, Real Estate oder eigenem Start-up von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Du bist proaktiv, hast eine Self-Starter-Mentalität und packst Dinge lieber selbst an, statt auf Anweisung zu warten
  • Du gehst analytisch an Themen wie Pricing und Portfolio heran und behältst auch unter Druck einen kühlen Kopf
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, Englisch ist von Vorteil.
