York is seeking a Program Scheduler & Analyst to support satellite programs for U.S. government customers and help deliver spacecraft at commercial speed. This role is central to program execution, integrating work across engineering, production, supply chain, finance, and operations to maintain high‑performance schedules and keep complex missions on track. As a key partner to Program Managers, you’ll build and maintain program schedules, analyze performance metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support rapid, data-driven decision-making. You’ll gain exposure to the full program lifecycle, from contract award through design, build, test, launch, and on-orbit operations, while developing the analytical and leadership skills essential for long-term growth within program management. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving interconnected problems, and wants to contribute to mission-critical national security programs. This role provides strong exposure to the core tools, processes, and leadership functions of program management. High performers often grow into expanded analytical responsibilities, increased schedule ownership, and deeper customer/stakeholder engagement over time. This role will be fully on-site in our Greenwood Village, Colorado office. Responsibilities:
Program Execution & Schedule Management
Build, maintain, and analyze program schedules spanning the entire satellite development lifecycle. Integrate inputs from engineering, production, operations, and supply chain into a cohesive, accurate, and realistic plan. Conduct schedule health assessments, critical path analysis, and re-planning as program conditions evolve. Track schedule performance using real-time metrics and visualization tools; support regular program reviews.
Program Analysis & Risk Identification
Interpret schedule and program data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with Program Managers to develop mitigation strategies and drive timely execution. Monitor trends across multiple programs to identify systemic challenges and contribute to organizational solutions. Support program budget tracking and milestone alignment to maintain financial and performance accuracy.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication
Act as a coordination hub between engineering, production, supply chain, finance, mission operations, and program management. Communicate schedule updates, risks, and key performance insights clearly to diverse technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Support Program Managers during customer, supplier, and internal meetings as needed. Contribute schedule inputs and planning assumptions for proposals and future mission bids.
Agile Problem Solving & Operational Efficiency
Develop and refine lightweight planning methodologies suited for fast-paced hardware programs. Identify creative, low/no-cost options to resolve schedule challenges and improve execution efficiency. Challenge legacy or overly complex processes where simpler, more effective alternatives exist.
Team Learning & Culture
Learn York’s program management processes, tools, and execution philosophies through direct involvement with senior Program Managers. Demonstrate ownership, urgency, and collaboration consistent with York’s high-performance culture. Build strong cross-functional relationships that strengthen communication flow and program alignment.
Day in the Life of a Program Scheduler & Analyst:
Create and manage detailed program schedules; summarize progress at the enterprise level. Forecast resource needs and work scopes across engineering and production teams. Maintain and improve program performance metrics tied to schedule accuracy and milestone completion. Support clear communication of milestones using graphics, dashboards, and structured data products. Collaborate with Program Managers on customer and supplier engagements as needed. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within program planning and execution.
This role will not have direct reports. Required Qualifications
