vakituisiin työsuhteisiin vahvistamaan mielenterveyden palveluitamme. Työt alkavat sopimuksen mukaan ja työaika (koko- tai osa-aikainen), aloitusajankohta, viikkotyötunnit ja työn kesto ovat sovittavissa. Työtä voit tehdä etänä, miltä tahansa YTHS:n palvelupisteeltä tai hybridinä.

Millaista työ on?

Työskentelet korkeakouluopiskelijoiden mielenterveyden tukemisessa osana moniammatillista tiimiä. Asiakaskunta on pääsääntöisesti hoitoonsa sitoutunutta, ja vastaanotolle ohjautuminen tapahtuu kiireettömästi yleislääkärin ohjauksen perusteella, kun yleisterveyden hoito (tai yleislääkärin hoito) ei ole riittänyt.

Psykiatrina YTHS:llä

• teet diagnostista arviota perustasolla

• laadit hoito- ja kuntoutussuunnitelmia sekä tarvittavia lausuntoja

• toimit konsultoivassa roolissa yleislääkäreille ja tiimeille

Työssä korostuvat kliininen harkinta, sujuva yhteistyö ja selkeät hoitopolut. Neuropsykiatrinen osaaminen on etu, mutta ei edellytys. Käytössä oleva Acute-potilastietojärjestelmä on selkeä ja nopeasti omaksuttava.

Työehtojen ja palkkauksen suhteen noudatamme YTHS:n ja Suomen Lääkäriliiton välistä sopimusta. Tehtäväkohtainen palkkahaitari kokoaikaisilla (38h 15min/vko) erikoislääkäreillämme on 7410–8167 euroa kuukaudessa. Kuukausipalkkaan voi kuulua lisäksi henkilökohtainen palkanosa 6–24 %. Lääkärintodistuksista ja -lausunnoista maksamme TES:n mukaisesti.

Odotamme sinulta psykiatrian tai nuorisopsykiatrian erikoislääkärin tutkintoa, hyviä vuorovaikutustaitoja ja kiinnostusta opiskelijoiden parissa tehtävään työhön sekä sujuvaa suomen kielen taitoa. Katsomme eduksi hyvän englannin ja alueesta riippuen vastaanottotyöhön riittävän ruotsin kielen taidon.
