Haemme psykologia määräaikaiseen ja kokoaikaiseen sijaisuuteen Seinäjoen palvelupisteeseen alkaen 26.10. tai sopimuksen mukaan ja kestäen 3.1.2028 saakka. Tehtävässä on osittainen etätyöskentelymahdollisuus.

Tavoitteemme on tarjota korkeakouluopiskelijoille sama opiskeluterveydenhuollon palveluvalikoima opiskelupaikkakunnasta riippumatta. Palvelemme opiskelijoita lähivastaanottojen, etävastaanottojen ja valtakunnallisten digitaalisten palvelujen muodossa. Asiakas- ja potilastietojärjestelmänä meillä on käytössä Acute. Digitaalinen asiointialustamme on BeeHealthyn YTHS Digi.

Psykologin työhön kuuluu itsenäinen lyhytterapian toteuttaminen lähi- ja etävastaanottoina opiskelijoille. Työnkuvaan sisältyvät perustason kognitiiviset tutkimukset, luki-arviot ja ryhmien ohjaus. Lisäksi on mahdollista osallistua opiskeluyhteisötyöhön kuten opiskeluympäristön tarkastuksiin, opiskelijatapahtumiin sekä oppilaitosten ja ainejärjestöjen kanssa tehtävään yhteistyöhön.

Meillä kuuluisit asiantuntevaan ja moniammatilliseen tiimiin. Ammatillisena tukena työssäsi ovat valtakunnallinen psykologiverkosto, kollegasi omalla ja muilla palvelupisteillä, esihenkilösi ja vastaava psykologi.

Tarjoamme uudelle työkaverillemme:

  • Huolellisen perehdytyksen ja säännöllistä koulutusta osaamisesi kehittämiseksi
  • Joustoa työaikaan: kokonaistyöaika on 35 h 35 min/vko, ja käytössämme on vuosityöaika
  • Työhyvinvointia tukevia etuja, kuten ePassi-virike-etuuden ja palvelupisteittäin järjestettäviä hyvinvointitapahtumia
  • Kattavat työterveyspalvelut.

Työehtojen ja palkkauksen suhteen noudatamme YTHS:n ja Suomen Psykologiliiton sopimusta. Kokoaikaisilla psykologeillamme palkkahaitari on palkkaryhmän ja palvelusvuosien mukaan 3972-5031 euroa kuukaudessa. Tehtäväkohtaisen palkan lisäksi kuukausipalkka voi sisältää harkinnanvaraisen tehtävälisän.

Odotamme hakijalta laillistetun psykologin pätevyyttä. Toivomme kokemusta itsenäisestä vastaanottotoiminnasta terveydenhuollossa ja tavallisimpien psykologisten tutkimusmenetelmien hallintaa. Katsomme eduksi kokemuksen lyhytterapeuttisesta työskentelystä sekä opiskeluterveydenhuollosta ja hoidollisten ryhmien vetämisestä. Eduksi katsomme myös suomen kielen lisäksi riittävän englannin/ruotsin kielen taidon. Edellytämme tartuntatautilain mukaista rokotussuojaa.
