Haemme hammashoitajaa vakituiseen ja kokoaikaiseen tehtävään Rovaniemen palvelupisteellemme. Tehtävä alkaa 2.11.2026 tai sopimuksen mukaan. Tehtävässä on osittainen etätyöskentelymahdollisuus.

Tarjoamme opiskeluterveydenhuollossa suunterveyden palveluja, joihin lukeutuvat terveysohjaus ja -käynnit sekä suun ja hampaiden tutkimus ja hoito. Tavoitteenamme on juurruttaa opiskelijoiden arkeen säännölliset suun ja hampaiden tutkimukset ja tarkastukset sekä itsenäisen omahoidon ja osaltamme pyrkiä lieventämään mahdollista hammashoitopelkoa. Hammashoitajiemme työssä näkyy terveyttä edistävä ja sairauksia ennaltaehkäisevä ote.

Hammashoitajan työssä avustat hammaslääkäreitä toimenpiteissä ja teet itsenäistä vastaanottotyötä hammaslääkärin laatiman hoitosuunnitelman mukaisesti. Työhösi kuuluu hoidontarpeen arviointia, jota tehdään sekä palvelupisteellä että etänä digitaalisen asiointialustan välityksellä. Tehtävä sisältää myös palveluohjausta, neuvontaa ja välinehuoltoa.

Esihenkilönäsi toimii suunterveyden palveluvastaava. Teet yhteistyötä hammaslääkärien, suuhygienistien, hammashoitajien ja palvelusihteerin kanssa. Potilastietojärjestelminä käytössämme ovat Acute ja Winhit. Digitaalinen asiointialustamme on BeeHealthyn YTHS Digi.

Odotamme uudelta työkaveriltamme hammashoitajan tai suun terveyteen syventyneen lähihoitajan tutkintoa. Katsomme eduksi aikaisemman työkokemuksen (ml välinehuolto) sekä suomen kielen taidon lisäksi riittävän ruotsin ja englannin kielten taidon. Arvostamme hyviä tiimityö- ja vuorovaikutustaitoja. Edellytämme tartuntatautilain mukaista rokotussuojaa. Olemme YTHS:llä sitoutuneet edistämään monimuotoisuutta sekä tasa-arvoa ja kannustamme kaikkia päteviä hakijoita hakemaan tehtävää.

Palkkauksen ja työehtojen suhteen noudatamme YTHS työehtosopimusta (YTHS TES) ja siltä osin kuin siinä ei ole kirjattu, Terveyspalvelualan työehtosopimusta (TPTES). Tehtäväkohtainen palkka muodostuu vaativuusryhmän mukaisesta peruspalkasta ja mahdollisista erityistekijälisistä. Lisäksi maksamme henkilökohtaista palkanosaa, johon sisältyy vuosisidonnainen takuu (enintään 11 % tehtäväkohtaisesta palkasta). Hammashoitajan kokoaikaisessa (38h 35 min/vko) tehtävässä (VR3) palkka on osaamisesta ja kokemuksesta riippuen 2609-2826 euroa kuukaudessa.
