DIGILÄÄKÄRIÄ

vakituiseen tai toiveestasi määräaikaiseen työsuhteeseen chat-painotteiseen etätyöhön vahvistamaan digitaalisia palveluitamme. Voit työskennellä kokoaikaisena (38 h 15 min/vko) tai osa-aikaisena elämäntilanteeseesi sopivalla viikko työajalla!

Digilääkärinä toimit opiskelijoiden etähoidon, palveluohjauksen ja hoidon tarpeen arvioinnin tukena. Työhön kuuluu etävastaanottojen (video ja puhelin) pitäminen, terveydenhoitajien ja muiden ammattilaisten konsultointi sekä keskitettyjen palveluiden lääkärin tehtävät, kuten reseptien uusiminen, tutkimustulosten tulkinta ja hoidon suunnittelu moniammatillisessa yhteistyössä. Käytössämme on BeeHealthyn digialusta YTHS Digi.

Työehtojen ja palkkauksen suhteen noudatamme YTHS:n ja Suomen Lääkäriliiton välistä sopimusta. Tehtäväkohtainen palkkahaitari on yleislääkäreillä 6 668–7 348 €/kk ja erikoislääkäreillä 7 410–8 167 €/kk työkokemuksesta riippuen. Lisäksi palkkaan voi sisältyä henkilökohtainen palkanosa (6–24 %). Lääkärintodistuksista ja -lausunnoista maksetaan TES:n mukaiset palkkiot.

Pidämme huolta työntekijöistämme.

Tarjoamme kattavat työterveyspalvelut, ePassi-virike-edun sekä monipuolista työhyvinvointia tukevaa toimintaa. YTHS:llä työskentely voidaan hyväksyä 6 kuukaudeksi yleislääketieteen erityiskoulutukseen (YEK).

Mitä toivomme sinulta?

  • lääketieteen lisensiaatin tai erikoislääkärin tutkintoa sekä aiempaa työkokemusta lääkärin työstä
  • Lupa- ja valvontaviraston myöntämää oikeutta toimia laillistettuna terveydenhuollon ammattihenkilönä
  • hyviä vuorovaikutustaitoja ja kiinnostusta opiskelijoiden parissa tehtävään työhön
  • kykyä ja valmiutta työskennellä digitaalisessa työympäristössä
