产品结构设计工程师（中级）： 1、具备很好的产品结构手板设计和打样经验，熟悉手板工艺； 2、能在ID文件基础上进行蒙皮拆件，能很好地设计适合开模工艺的塑料件，能根据产品需求提出设计方案并主导详细结构设计，跟踪打样过程，并积极主动解决研发过程、项目落地过程中的问题； 3、可在指导或合作下完成传动计算及设计；设计符合要求的传动机构，包括但不限于齿轮、同步带、滚珠丝杠等传动； 4、跟进模具开发与制作，确保模具设计符合产品结构要求； 5、对主导或参与的设计的计划、成本、质量负责。

职位要求

1、本科及以上学历，机械、材料、力学等相关专业，熟练掌握三维建模和工程制图，Solidworks、Creo软件熟练应用优先； 2、具备3年（高级需要5年）及以上产品样品打样、量产塑胶件设计经验（消费电子行业优先），了解注塑模具开模流程、常用材料特性及表面处理知识；具备DFMA（面向制造和装配的设计）意识，能够优化产品结构以提高制造效率和装配便利性； 3、具备公差分析应用能力，有用公差分析原理解决实际问题的经验； 4、加分项：有较多的非标项目经历，或传动相关设计经验； 5、需要有良好的沟通协作能力、动手和学习能力，主动并善于解决问题，喜欢有挑战性的设计任务，有较强的产品热情。
