1. 参与棋牌游戏AI相关算法的研发与优化，包括但不限于斗地主、麻将、象棋、围棋等策略类游戏； 2. 协助设计和实现博弈决策、策略搜索、强化学习、模仿学习等算法； 3. 参与游戏对局数据分析，挖掘玩家行为特征，支持AI策略迭代优化； 4. 协助构建AI训练流程，包括数据处理、特征工程、模型训练、评估与调参； 5. 参与AI对战系统、自动化测试环境及仿真平台的开发与维护； 6. 跟进算法效果在实际游戏中的表现，协助进行性能优化与线上问题排查； 7. 与客户端、服务器及策划团队协作，推动AI能力在产品中的落地。

1. 计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学或相关专业在读本科/硕士研究生； 2. 对机器学习、深度学习、强化学习或搜索算法有一定了解； 3. 熟悉至少一种编程语言，如 Python / C++，具备良好的编码习惯； 4. 对博弈类问题、决策优化、概率推理有兴趣，热爱棋牌游戏或策略游戏； 5. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力、学习能力和团队协作能力。

加分项 1. 有棋牌游戏AI、博弈论、强化学习、蒙特卡洛搜索等相关项目经验； 2. 熟悉 PyTorch、TensorFlow 等深度学习框架； 3. 了解对局模拟、行为克隆、策略梯度、Q-learning、AlphaZero 类方法； 4. 有数据分析、特征工程、模型评估或线上推荐/排序系统经验； 5. 对斗地主、麻将、德州扑克、象棋、围棋等任一棋牌游戏有较深理解。
